Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect to lead the enterprise IAM strategy across a hyper-scale, hybrid multi-cloud environment. You will define technical standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services, evaluate vendor SoWs, and drive complex migrations from legacy IdPs to a unified platform.

You will champion Zero Standing Privilege, Just-In-Time access, and CIEM, while partnering with HR, IT, and security teams to ensure SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR

Qualifications

Best-in-class IAM architecture, security, and governance experience.
Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead complex identity migrations and multi-cloud IAM programs.

Responsibilities

Define and enforce enterprise IAM architecture standards.
Lead cross-domain identity consolidation across providers.
Architect hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges and PKI/JIT/ZSP controls.
Drive Mergers & Acquisitions IAM integration and decommissioning strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR) for IAM programs.
