Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an experienced Enterprise IAM Architect to design secure, scalable identity systems for a global workforce. You will lead cross-cloud integrations, establish standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services, and drive M&A identity initiatives with a focus on Zero Standing Privilege and just-in-time access.

You will partner with Security, IT Operations, HR, and applications teams to implement scalable IAM roadmaps that support Cardinal Health's rapid growth and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security and Identity Management, with 5+ years as Lead/Principal Enterprise IAM Architect.
• Expertise across OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, FIDO2/WebAuthn, Kerberos.

Responsibilities

• Architect M&A IAM strategies, consolidating identity across entities and providers.
• Define enterprise IAM standards for SSO, IGA, and directory services.
• Lead hybrid/multi-cloud IAM bridges linking AD/ADFS with GCP, AWS, Azure/Entra.
• Implement ZSP/JIT PAM and CIEM to reduce attack surface.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Ops, and security teams to ensure compliant IAM design.
