Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions across diverse clients. You will drive identity governance, access reviews, and policy management using SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID, and related tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering secure IAM outcomes in a hybrid client-serving model.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more: SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), Saviynt, Entra ID Governance, or other leading IGA platforms.
• Experience with role governance, access reviews, and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of RBAC, SoD, and risk-based access design.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configure connectors and rules.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools and workflows.
• Design solutions and translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Leverage Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in deployments.
