Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions across diverse client environments. You will implement and optimize policies, connectors, and workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to align security with business goals.

You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Entra ID, and other IAM tech, applying best practices for risk, compliance, and access governance in a hybrid client‑serving role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/ISC, Saviynt).
• Experience designing and operating RBAC and entitlement governance.
• Knowledge of access reviews, SoD, and compliance controls.
• Experience integrating IAM tools with AD/Entra ID and cloud apps.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Saviynt/SailPoint IIQ policies and configure connectors and rules.
• Configure connectors, custom rules, workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Implement, manage, and maintain IAM tools across client environments.
• Design and architect IAM solutions; translate business requirements to tech specs.
• Leverage Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, MFA, and SSO in solutions.
