Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to design, engineer, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions across clients. You will work with Saviynt, SailPoint IIQ/ISC, and related tooling to enforce access governance, SSO, MFA and directory integrations.

You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable IAM architectures, while navigating regulatory and audit demands across industries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with identity governance concepts and best practices.
• Experience implementing SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint ISC, Saviynt EIC, or similar IGA platforms.
• Knowledge of joiner/mover/leaver, certification and access request processes.

Responsibilities

• Designing, engineering and maintaining IAM solutions for clients.
• Configuring connectors, workflows, and third‑party integrations.
• Implementing and managing IAM tools (MFA, SSO) and directory services.
