Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to define and evolve the identity security architecture for our global workforce and cloud platforms. You will partner with Security Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions.

As part of the Global Security Identity & Access Management team, you will own reference architectures, RBAC/ABAC models, lifecycle management, and IGA/PAM implementations, while advancing

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Identity & Access Management or related security roles.
• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Strong knowledge of IGA, PAM, lifecycle management, and authn/z frameworks.
• Experience with cloud identity architecture and machine identities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures and design patterns.
• Develop scalable identity and access management solutions for global platforms.
• Align identity capabilities with strategic security objectives across stakeholders.
• Evaluate new identity technologies and recommend improvements.
• Design lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, and access governance.
• Support implementation and modernization of IAM services and PAM capabilities.
