Job summary

UKG is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Architect to define, design, and evolve the identity security architecture for our global workforce and cloud environments. You will partner with Security Engineering, Product Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Technology teams to build scalable IAM solutions.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration to secure one of the world's largest workforce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, security, or info systems.
• 8+ years in Identity & Access Management or security architecture.
• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise IAM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures and standards.
• Develop scalable identity and access management solutions.
• Align identity capabilities with security objectives with stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and suggest improvements.
• Design lifecycle management: provisioning, deprovisioning, roles, access reviews.
• Develop RBAC and ABAC models across apps and platforms.
• Ensure IAM governance aligns with security and compliance.
• Support IGA platforms and modernize authentication services.
• Enable just-in-time access and privileged account governance.
• Mentor IAM engineers and promote best practices.
