Job summary

UKG is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect to define, design, and evolve identity security architecture for a global workforce platform. You will partner with Security, Product, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Enterprise Technology teams to build scalable and secure identity solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration to secure one of the world’s largest workforce platforms while supporting SOC, ISO 27001, and other regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IAM/security architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing and implementing enterprise IAM architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM reference architectures and design patterns.
• Develop scalable identity and access management solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align identity capabilities with security goals.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and propose improvements.
• Design identity lifecycle processes including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Develop RBAC and ABAC models across applications and platforms.
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements including SOC/ISO 27001/PCI.
