Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, with level by experience.
• 4 years with a Master’s or 2 years with a Ph.D. for mid-level; 8 years with a Master’s or 6 years with a Ph.D. for senior level.
• Experience in assessment development, psychometrics, and validation.
• Experience consulting on Federal HR or Talent Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment development, administration, validation and workforce research projects.
• Advise clients on assessment strategy and methodology in plain language.
• Develop and validate personnel assessment tools for selection or promotion.
• Plan and conduct psychometric analyses and report practical findings.
• Prepare technical documentation, briefs, and client-ready materials.
• Build relationships with Federal clients and manage project timelines.
