Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and implement personnel assessments for selection and promotion.
• Lead HR research projects and translate results for non‑technical audiences.
• Plan and conduct validation studies and psychometric analyses.
• Prepare technical documentation, briefs, and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with Federal clients and cross‑functional teams.
