Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Senior I&E Specialist to support safety, health, environmental, and quality programs in the plant and maintenance department. You will work with planners to develop TAR work scopes and secure resources for preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance, focusing on I&E while coordinating with planning, scheduler and operations.

Responsibilities include leading instrumentation for plant outages, providing startup support, developing KPI’s

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years I&E experience, plant environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MCC and switchgear operations.
• Experience with CMMS and PSSR processes.
• Ability to work on-call and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all instrumentation activities for planned plant outages.
• Provide plant startup assistance and coverage.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance activities.
• Perform/assist with acceptance PSSR reviews with operations.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and close work orders timely.
• Basic troubleshooting of motors, switchgear, instrumentation, and DCS.
