Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Senior I&E Specialist to support safety, health, environmental and quality programs in the plant. You will lead TARs, develop work scopes, and coordinate with planners, schedulers and operations to ensure reliable maintenance execution.

The role requires 8+ years in I&E, strong instrumentation and MCC/switchgear knowledge, and a solid background in CMMS. On-call availability and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years I&E experience in a plant environment.
• Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, instrumentation, MCC and switchgear.
• Strong communication and safety-first mindset.
• On-call availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAR executions and outages with planning and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance activities and mean time between failures.
• Collaborate with reliability engineers and planners to improve PMs.
• Provide plant startup coverage and safety leadership.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in CMMS.
