Job summary

The role requires 5–7 years in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and strong skills in instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.

Qualifications

• 2 years formal training in instrumentation, electrical or mechanical.
• 5-7 years’ experience in installation, repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience and safety, equipment repair, planning, and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and provide technical leadership to I&E maintenance team.
• Develop and approve detailed job plans for I&E work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance with production and engineering to minimize downtime.
