Air Liquide is hiring a Senior I&E Specialist in Pasadena, TX to support safety, health, environmental, and quality programs across the plant and maintenance departments. You will coordinate with planners and pursue effective preventive and predictive maintenance while collaborating with operations to ensure smooth execution.

The role emphasizes instrumentation, plant outages, and startup support; a strong background in I&E, along with knowledge of MCC/switchgear and CMMS usage, is essential.

Competenze

• On-call availability required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 year technical degree or engineering degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years I&E experience, plant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support all company safety, health, environmental, and quality programs and policies in the plant, I/E and maintenance departments.
• Develop work scopes for TARs with planners and secure resources for preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance.
• Lead instrumentation for planned plant outages and provide startup assistance.
• Maintain KPI data for maintenance activities and ensure documentation and records are accurate.
• Collaborate with planning, scheduling and operations to ensure smooth maintenance execution.
• Identify critical spares and coordinate parts with purchasing and warehouse.
