Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, chemical, controls, automation, or instrumentation.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive control system experience in process industries.
- Hands-on ABB 800xA and INFI 90/Symphony experience.
- Strong knowledge of P&IDs, loop drawings, and control narratives.
- Willingness to travel ~25%.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety and MOC for control system modifications.
- Own reliability and performance of DCS/PLC/SIS/HMI infrastructure.
- Monitor system health and minimize downtime.
- Develop and optimize control strategies and sequencing.
- Provide technical support for OT networks, instrumentation, and cybersecurity.
- Lead automation lifecycle management and capital planning.
- Manage assets, vendor relationships, and total cost of ownership.
