Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Harrisburg, NC seeks a Qualified Professional (QP) to supervise staff delivering I/DD services in a hybrid work setting. You will recruit, assign caseloads, and ensure policy compliance while advocating for people we serve.

Qualifications

• Must meet NC Qualified Professional definition.
• At least five years of supervisory/management experience or five years in human services.
• Deep knowledge of behavioral sciences related to I/DD.
• Strong communication, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable access to internet, cell phone, and transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, caseload, and team leadership to ensure coverage.
• Caseload management of 25–30 active cases with policy adherence.
• Supervise direct care staff and conduct DSP supervision meetings.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with DHHS/state rules and waivers.
• Develop ISPs and monitor quality via ISP documentation reviews.
• Oversee utilization management and accuracy of service notes.
• Incident reporting and risk mitigation with QM collaboration.
• Audit readiness and CARF-related activities with regulators.
• Client engagement, consents, and stakeholder relations.
• Training and staff development; policy rollout and accountability.
