Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Staff Instrumentation & Controls Engineer for power generation projects. You will lead multidisciplinary I&C teams through design, procurement, planning, and execution, with a focus on reliable operations, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in I&C design for large-scale power plants.
• Strong ability to produce control narratives and I&C documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C design on major power plant projects.
• Drive technical studies and detailed design for power facilities.
• Coordinate with project teams and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with BV quality program and client expectations.
