Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Continues developing knowledge and may provide guidance on design guides, standards, systems, and applicable engineering codes.
• Applies knowledge and ensures compliance with quality program; guides others and supports continuous improvement.
• Prepares complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects; performs complex research and recommendations for equipment/materials selection.
• Oversees data collection/management for engineering work; prepares complex calculations; manages budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Mentor and develop depth of project execution staff; review lower level work; lead production teams or coordinate multi-discipline activity.
• Assist with resource management strategy; may supervise engineering resources for small groups.
• Actively coordinates with internal/external team members on moderately complex projects.
