Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Services Portfolio Lead - Power Generation to grow the APG I&C services, triage opportunities, and shape early response strategies. You will coordinate staffing, advise on ROM plans, and drive capability development across multiple locations.

The role balances leadership of the services portfolio with billable execution, including Owner's Engineer support, studies, and commissioning advisory work for global power generation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Active PE or P.Eng. license is required at hire.
At least 11 years of related engineering experience.
Willingness to travel as needed for projects.

Responsibilities

Route APG I&C engineering service requests and manage demand, priorities, and workload risk.
Lead or support billable APG I&C engineering services engagements, including staffing plans, schedules, and execution handoffs.
Supervise work of others, including hiring, discipline, and pay administration.
