Black & Veatch is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Services Portfolio Lead—Power Generation to drive growth, coordinate delivery, and advise on APG I&C engineering services. The role focuses on triaging opportunities, ROM planning, staffing alignment, and advisory delivery across projects.

The position supports engineering services execution, Owner's Engineer activities, and project studies, including upgrades and plant modernization, with a strong emphasis on client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
11+ years of related engineering experience.
Active PE or P.Eng. license preferred at hire.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary intake point for APG I&C engineering services requests; clarify needs and route work.
Provide early direction for services opportunities with high-level execution approach and ROM planning.
Coordinate resources and balance workloads; communicate needs to leadership.
