Valar Atomics is seeking a Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to design, develop, commission, and maintain control systems for nuclear fuel manufacturing facilities. The role covers PLC/DCS programming, SCADA/HMI, ISA-88 batch control, and safety instrumented systems with leadership over projects and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC and DCS programs.
• Develop and configure SCADA and HMI applications for process control.
• Configure and commission Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and SIFs.
• Create and maintain histograms, data dashboards, and interfaces for MES/ERP integration.
• Lead instrument engineering scope including sizing, specification, and hazardous area classification.
• Provide technical direction to contractors and review deliverables.
