Bechtel is seeking a Lead Instrumentation & Controls CSU Engineer in New Albany, OH to lead commissioning and startup of a large semiconductor facility. You will oversee instrumentation, PLCs, SCADA/BMS, and safety-critical systems from construction completion to operations handover.

You will mentor teams, develop commissioning plans, coordinate FATs/SATs, ensure regulatory and safety standards, and collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Vendors, Operations, and client stakeholders

Formación

• Requires 10+ years in industrial construction, commissioning, startup or related field.
• 5+ years leading completions and turnover teams.
• Experience on large-scale semiconductor, data center or process facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field commissioning leadership for I&C CSU activities.
• Develop commissioning plans, test packs, turnover packages, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate FATs, SATs, and vendor startup support with cross-functional teams.
• Verify instrument installation, calibration, and network interfaces.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and proper handover to Operations.
