Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a cost estimator to develop detailed construction estimates for hyperscale data center projects, from concept to documentation. You will research regional pricing, perform quantity take-offs, and align estimates with budget and reporting systems.

You will collaborate with clients and engineering teams, lead value engineering reviews, and contribute to monthly estimating activity reporting. Experience with OST and MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is a plus.
• Familiarity with leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate construction cost estimates from conceptual design to final documents.
• Research regional pricing and perform quantity take-offs.
• Interface with clients and project team to define cost requirements and report findings.
• Lead value engineering reviews to meet budget goals and guide design decisions.
