Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on hyperscale data center projects. You will analyze drawings, specs, and client needs to build budgets and proposals.

Lead estimating across multi-building campus deployments from early budgeting through IFC and final bid, shaping pricing strategy and managing risk to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Experience reading drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for low-voltage fiber systems on hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing and coordinate with sales, operations, and project management teams.
• Track scope changes and change orders throughout the bid process.
• Apply deep expertise in structured cabling and hyperscale data center environments; use estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam).
