Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a Senior Estimator to develop accurate cost estimates for low-voltage fiber systems on large hyperscale data center projects. You will analyze drawings, specifications, and client requirements to build budgets and proposals while ensuring alignment with scope and client standards.

You will lead estimating across multi-building campus deployments, delivering estimates from early budgeting through IFC and final bid.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of structured cabling and low-voltage fiber systems.
• Experience with hyperscale data center environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools such as Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals and budgets for data center projects.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor pricing for bids.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and project management teams.
• Track scope changes and change orders through the bid process.
• Apply expertise in hyperscale data center environments and low-voltage systems.
