Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a highly technical Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center capacity—from site strategy through customer-ready compute and GPU capacity, operational handover, and production go-live. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project delivery, engineering, construction, infrastructure deployment, or operations within mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years delivering hyperscale, cloud, colocation, or large-scale data center programs.
• Ownership of complex programs across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Deep knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure and data-hall power distribution.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage and network infrastructure, cabling, fiber, containment, pathways, security interfaces.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, scope changes, vendors, and executive communications.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and travel up to 50% within the Eastern U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, high-value hyperscale data center capacity-delivery programs from site selection through customer go-live.
• Own the integrated master schedule, capacity milestones, budget, risk and issue management, change control, recovery planning, and executive reporting.
• Define and drive cross-functional delivery strategy across Real Estate, Capacity Planning, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Network, Security, Infrastructure Deployment, Finance, and Data Center Operations.
• Lead technical due diligence for sites and colocation facilities, assessing utility availability, power-delivery timelines, fiber, permitting, and readiness to support forecasted compute and GPU demand.
• Drive technical decisions across electrical and low-voltage scope, including utility interconnects, distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, containment, cabling, and network rooms.
• Establish and govern design reviews, constructability reviews, submittals, acceptance criteria, and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Direct readiness of equipment, construction progress, commissioning, testing, validation, punch-list, and final acceptance.
• Ensure workstreams are sequenced and ready to energize and deploy capacity to customers.
• Manage relationships with contractors, design firms, equipment vendors, colocation providers, utilities, and carriers.
• Lead escalation and resolution of complex risks across multiple programs.
• Drive handover to Data Center Operations, including data, maintenance information, warranties, and training.
• Establish delivery metrics, standards, and lessons learned to improve predictability, speed, cost, and quality.
