Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a highly technical Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center capacity—from site strategy through customer-ready compute and GPU capacity, operational handover, and production go-live.

This IC5 leader will coordinate across greenfield, expansion, and colocation programs, manage vendor contracts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality standards across power, cooling, and networking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center capacity—from site strategy through customer-ready compute and GPU capacity, operational handover, and production go-live.
• Coordinate across greenfield, expansion, and colocation programs, manage vendor contracts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality standards across power, cooling, and networking systems.
• Oversee documentation, quality control, commissioning and startup activities; act as primary contact with colocation providers; monitor contracts with external vendors and suppliers.
