Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced End-to-End Data Center Technical Program Manager to lead hyperscale data center capacity-delivery programs from site selection to production go-live. You will coordinate internal teams, colocation providers, utilities, and contractors to deliver live compute and GPU capacity for customers.

Leads construction of data centers with colocation providers, on time and within budget.
Develops detailed project schedules and manages budgets.
Coordinates design reviews, commissioning, and problem-solving documentation.
Oversees startup, commissioning, and handover to operations.
Identifies and mitigates risks across multiple projects.
