Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Principal Data Center Support Services professional to lead materials tracking and delivery visibility across hyperscale data center campuses. You will connect bills of materials, procurement records, supplier commitments, shipments, inventory, and campus fulfillment into a reliable program view.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials management, inventory control, and logistics with independent ownership across multiple projects or sites.
• Experience reconciling BOMs, procurement records, supplier commitments, shipments, and inventory or fulfillment records at the material-line level.
• Analytical skills with Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation, and large trackers.
• Knowledge of enterprise procurement or inventory systems and relationships between orders, shipments, receipts, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Ability to translate material status into schedule impact and drive resolution across teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; experience leading status reports and escalation with practical recovery options.
• Ability to define repeatable processes and train others in evolving environments.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own the consolidated materials tracking view across BOM creation, ordering, tracking, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, and distribution for assigned campuses.
• Reconcile BOM inputs with procurement and provider records; route discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain traceability between each material line and its source, order reference, campus, quantity, and need-by date.
• Track make and ship commitments, transit status, receiving dates, inventory availability, and fulfillment progress.
• Assess effect of shortages, late deliveries, design changes, and receiving constraints on campus milestones; escalate risks early.
• Prepare and facilitate materials reviews; maintain status reports and action logs for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with campus, warehouse, and logistics teams to reconcile receiving, inventory, allocation, and distribution.
• Establish common tracker definitions, update expectations, and improve data quality with automation.
• Support campus launches by documenting procedures, training local owners, and transitioning tracking to campus teams.
