Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced End-to-End Data Center Technical Program Manager to lead hyperscale data center capacity-delivery programs from site selection through customer handover and production go-live.

You will coordinate internal teams, colocation providers, utilities, contractors, and technology partners across due diligence, design, construction, commissioning, network deployment, and operational handover.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating hyperscale data center capacity-delivery programs.
• Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, low-voltage systems, cabling and networking dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Leads data center construction by colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Develops detailed project schedules and coordinates milestones across multiple projects.
• Manages budgets and optimizes resources for cost-effective execution.
• Maintains design, commissioning and problem-solving documentation to standards.
