Oracle Cloud Infrastructure seeks a Principal Data Center Facilities Development Manager to plan and deliver capacity across a gigawatt-scale portfolio. Qualifications

• Experience leading complex data center facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Ability to build integrated plans across multiple teams.
• Understanding of the data center development lifecycle including site and power readiness, design, construction, commissioning, and handoff.
• Strong judgment to assess schedule, cost, and readiness risks and present decisions clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated plans for data center facilities programs or portfolio initiatives across capacity needs, site readiness, design, construction, commissioning, and handoff.
• Identify milestones, dependencies, constraints, and decision points; propose options when scope or readiness changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve risks and maintain a reliable program view.
• Evaluate planning and delivery scenarios and present recommendations to leadership on capacity timing, cost, and risk.
• Establish readiness criteria, reporting, escalation paths, and repeatable practices across sites and programs.
• Lead lessons learned and process improvements to strengthen future portfolio planning and delivery.
