Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a dynamic Senior Hyper Wellness Representative who is passionate about health, leadership, and sales. This role thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and involves mentoring others while driving business growth.

As a senior member of the front-of-house team, you will lead by example, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help the studio achieve membership, retail, and service sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in sales, hospitality, retail management, luxury service, fitness, healthcare, or client-focused environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from inquiry through membership retention.
• Build relationships with clients and recommend personalized wellness plans.
• Achieve and exceed membership, package, retail, and service sales goals.
• Conduct studio tours and convert prospective clients into long-term members.
• Educate clients on Restore therapies, benefits, contraindications, and at-home wellness.
