Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking energetic teammates in Brooklyn to start as Hyper Wellness Representatives. You will drive client growth, handle tours, close packages, and manage client experience with a focus on reaching sales targets and delivering outstanding service.

As you excel, you can advance to Senior Rep, AGM, and GM roles, with pathway ownership, performance bonuses, and a dynamic studio culture that rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Recent grad (or within 1–2 years) eager to build a career, not just fill time.
• Competitive, coachable, and comfortable being measured on results.
• No health/wellness or retail experience required; drive and trainability matter.
• Comfortable asking for the close and maintaining momentum through objections.
• Weekends busiest time; able to work them.
• Genuine interest in health and wellness or quick to get there.

Responsibilities

• Run studio tours, present and close service packages and memberships.
• Own outbound outreach: re-engage past clients, follow up on leads, drive rebookings.
• Hit membership, package, and retail sales targets consistently.
• Become the go-to expert on Restore's services with confidence.
• Greet clients, manage phone/text/voicemail follow-up, and bookings.
• Onboard new clients and educate them on services, benefits, and at-home care.
• Open/close studio, keep it safe, clean, and welcoming, and support culture.
