Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical construction, with hydronic and piping systems
• Experience creating and maintaining technical SOPs and process documentation

Responsibilities

• Own hydronic VDC workflows and continuously optimize systems for efficiency.
• Lead generation, documentation, and management of SOPs to ensure consistency and quality across hydronic operations.
• Serve as SME for the deliverables schedule and internal detailing/fabrication tools.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to identify bottlenecks and prioritize process initiatives.
• Provide guidance to developers for API integrations and automation supporting VDC workflows.
• Escalate complex process issues and deliver targeted training for adherence.
• Lead R&D initiatives on emerging hydronic VDC technologies and tools.
