Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a seasoned Hydronics Shop Supervisor to oversee production personnel at the Monument facility. You will lead from planning through execution, ensuring safe, compliant operations and delivery of quality fabrication.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with plant management and field leadership, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, QA/QC, and workflow alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, integrity and work ethic.
• Effective communicator at all levels.
• Experience with hydronics trades and fabrication practices.
• 15+ years in construction with 5+ years in hydronics fabrication.
• Experience with ACCO software tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, CAD/Design tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Hydronics production personnel to meet standards and goals.
• Assist with hiring, promoting and terminating hydronics staff.
• Attend regular department meetings and lead production reviews.
• Monitor productivity metrics and assist in departmental budgets.
• Ensure QA/QC protocols, safety standards and union agreements are followed.
• Mentor and train shop personnel for future leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet project needs and schedules.
• Coordinate resources, material flow and vendor activity within the shop.
