Qualifications

Minimum 5–7+ years of verifiable experience in mechanical construction VDC.
Proven history of expert-level professional use of Revit, CADmep, and Navisworks.
Previous professional experience as an instructor or trainer is desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training to newly onboarded detailers using a standardized curriculum.
Conduct workshops and continuous education modules to elevate software proficiency and detailing accuracy.
Monitor detailing outputs during training to ensure consistent adoption of best practices.
Enforce standardization across all regional VDC teams to maintain quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the Enablement Team to provide content direction and support curriculum development.
Support staff through enrichment programs to improve technical competency.
Troubleshoot complex modeling issues and software challenges to support detailing teams.
Perform other duties as assigned to support construction operations and development goals.
