Job summary

CTS is seeking a Plumbing VDC Specialist to lead BIM/VDC processes across large construction projects. You will implement and manage BIM coordination, clash detection, and data management using Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC, collaborating with CTS and client teams.

The role supports remote-first/hybrid work with EST or CST time zones, and reports to the VDC Operations Manager. A strong plumbing/mechanical background and certifications are preferred to drive accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Mgmt degree or 3+ years in AEC.
• Revit certification preferred.
• CM-BIM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage models with Navisworks, Glue, and other coordination software.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Represent CTS and clients in BIM coordination meetings.
• Redline scope drawings and manage model data for WBS and MTOs/QTOs.
• Develop construction deliverables including submittal drawings and fabrication layouts.
• Use 3D laser scanning to verify conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, trades, vendors, and BIM service providers.
• Maintain project status in ClickUp.
