Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 15+ years of related field experience.
• CFPS or IFPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical expert in hydraulics; mentor engineering team and shop floor technicians.
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements and standards via peer reviews and design reviews.
• Support sales by translating data into hydraulic schematics and selecting components.
• Document designs using CAD tools and create machining, fabrication, and assembly drawings.
• Provide technical support during assembly and testing; travel may be required.
• Manage project information across data systems per department policies.
• Collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively under pressure.
