Job summary

Supreme Integrated Technology is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to drive system-level design for hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic systems. You will provide senior technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with customers, sales, and operations to translate complex requirements into engineered-to-order solutions that meet safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hydraulic or electrohydraulic system design and integration.
• Experience delivering engineered-to-order systems in relevant heavy industries.
• Strong system-level engineering, design reviews, and lifecycle execution.
• Experience negotiating and developing contract technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level design for hydraulic, electric, and electrohydraulic systems.
• Provide senior technical guidance and design reviews.
• Ensure engineering deliverables support fabrication, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with sales, system integration, and operations during pursuit and proposals.
• Ensure designs comply with CMMC 2.0 cybersecurity requirements and MIL-SPEC standards.
• Contribute to engineering processes, standards, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers, OEMs, classification societies, and regulators.
• Stay current on electrification, controls, energy storage, and fluid power trends.
• Promote safety, quality, and accountability across activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
