Qualifications

• Ability to read and develop hydraulic schematics and HICs.
• Experience with engineering analysis and technical reporting.
• Strong mentoring and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer application projects from concept to validation.
• Design Hydraulic Integrated Circuits (HICs) and system solutions.
• Create hydraulic schematics and supporting technical documentation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analyze performance data and prepare engineering reports.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Support product integration, validation, and testing activities.
