Qualifications

• 10 years of professional experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Licensed as Professional Engineer in California or ability to obtain within one year.
• Willing to travel to site locations as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects within technical specialty.
• Perform structural analysis and design of hydraulic structures.
• Collaborate with senior project managers across the company.
• Develop construction drawings, specifications, and reports.

Skills

Strong theoretical background in earthquake/seismic engineering

Finite element modeling

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work well in a team

Education

B.S. degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

M.S. or Ph.D. degree preferred
