Job summary

Cotality seeks a Senior Professional Business Analyst to drive end-to-end process optimization across the organization. You will map workflows, apply lean and re-engineering methods, and facilitate change to improve operational excellence.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams, establish KPI dashboards, and mentor junior analysts while partnering with senior stakeholders to elevate performance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in business analysis or operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-functional process optimization initiatives across diverse business functions.
• Map and evaluate workflows using root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Assemble and lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within scope.
• Establish operational metrics, KPI dashboards, and leading indicators to drive improvement.
• Consult with senior stakeholders on business process re-engineering techniques to enhance quality and speed.
• Develop analytical reports and present data-driven recommendations and control plans.
