Xometry is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced team. This role oversees cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement improvements, develop KPIs, and drive measurable outcomes. Travel up to 25% is expected; hybrid work model available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chain roles.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
• Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
