Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience supporting complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial prep, and document management.
• Proficiency with Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and other legal databases.
• Experience with iManage or similar records management systems.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court-record systems.
• Analyze and summarize legal authorities and case law.
• Utilize e-discovery and case management databases for file management and production.
• Assist with discovery phases including collection, organization, review, and Bates labeling.
• Prepare deposition materials, including summaries and notebooks.
• Maintain matter files and ensure adherence to document management protocols.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver legal services.
