Job summary

CDW LLC is seeking a Consulting Solution Architect, a field-based pre-sales expert focused on Hybrid Infrastructure solutions for Federal or State and Local customers. The role requires building architectures, scoping services, and fostering strategic relationships to grow CDW's Hybrid Infrastructure services.

You will collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to craft solutions, author SOWs, and maintain partner relationships while traveling up to 25% in a national

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7–11 years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to design and articulate comprehensive Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop assessment and service solutions for customers, including architecture and deployment services.
• Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to guide strategy and draft SOWs.
• Build configurations/BOMs for servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, AI, and related tech.
• Analyze requirements and craft solutions aligned with customer goals in the sales cycle.
• Maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners; drive business growth.
