Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an engineer to own the transition of high-voltage DC power systems from prototypes to customer-ready products. You will design, simulate, validate, and debug 800V-class architectures while coordinating with external partners to balance performance, thermal behavior, reliability, and manufacturability.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on power electronics experience, strong electrical/thermal/mechanical judgement, and familiarity with SPICE

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of experience designing, prototyping, and testing power electronics, with demonstrated ownership of hardware through validation, plus strong electrical, thermal, and mechanical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition of high-voltage DC power systems from prototypes to testable, customer-ready products.
• Design, simulate, validate, and debug 800V-class architectures.
• Coordinate hardware execution with external partners and make system-level tradeoffs across performance, thermal behavior, reliability, and manufacturability.
