Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking an engineer to own the transition of high-voltage DC power systems from prototypes to customer-ready products. You will design, simulate, validate, and debug 800V-class architectures while coordinating with external partners to balance performance, thermal behavior, reliability, and manufacturability.

Candidates should have at least two years of hands-on power electronics experience, strong electrical/thermal/mechanical judgement, and familiarity with SPICE

• Requires at least two years of experience designing, prototyping, and testing power electronics, with demonstrated ownership of hardware through validation, plus strong electrical, thermal, and mechanical judgment.

Requirements

Requires at least two years of experience designing, prototyping, and testing power electronics, with demonstrated ownership of hardware through validation, plus strong electrical, thermal, and mechanical judgment. Candidates should have proficiency with SPICE or PLECS, hands-on gate-driver design experience, and active use of AI tools in engineering; an Electrical Engineering degree or proven power-electronics aptitude is requested.
