Daikin Applied seeks a Service Technician IV to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment across rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and systems. You will oversee up to 10 technicians, drive on-site maintenance contracts, and ensure safety and quality in every job. Travel to sites is required as needed.

You’ll mentor younger technicians, support sales with surveys and estimates, and lead by example in safety and efficiency. A strong HVAC background and EPA license are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or technical training recommended.
• EPA Universal Technician Certification required, as necessary.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required.
• License(s) and/or training card as required by local law district.
• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead up to 10 HVAC Technicians.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective start-up of maintenance contracts and efficient installation of jobs.
• Review contracts/projects and implement corrective actions to align costs with plans.
• Use Service Management System to establish effective work plans and customer service.
• Provide preventive maintenance inspections and ensure equipment is in good order.
• Respond to emergencies and provide technical guidance to technicians.
• Assist Sales with site surveys and review estimates for accuracy.
• Provide safety training and enforce safe work practices.

Formação académica
