Daikin Applied Americas Inc in Denver, CO is hiring a Service Technician IV to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftops, split systems, chillers, and boilers. Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certificate or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; EPA Universal Technician Certification as required
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead up to 10 HVAC Technicians
• Ensure timely and cost-effective start-up of maintenance contracts and efficient installation per contract requirements
• Review contracts and projects, implementing corrective actions to align costs with plans
• Negotiate subcontract agreements as required and serve as primary contact
• Utilize Service Management System to plan work and ensure contract milestones are met
• Provide expert counsel on scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
• Respond to emergency service calls to minimize downtime
• Coach and mentor technicians and support training across the team
• Support Sales with site surveys, estimates review, and technical guidance
• Participate in accident prevention and safety training per OSHA policies
• Contribute to performance evaluations and ongoing skills development
• Keep current on Daikin Applied products and service procedures
• Travel locally with some overnight stays
