Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, seeks a Service Technician IV to diagnose, repair and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC equipment in the Denver area. You will lead up to 10 technicians, ensure contract start-ups, and support timely installations per contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility; or 7+ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
• EPA approved Universal Technician Certification required, as necessary
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead up to 10 HVAC Technicians
• Ensure timely start-up and installation of maintenance contracts per requirements
• Review contracts/projects and negotiate subcontract agreements
• Use the Service Management System to plan work efficiently
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections on equipment/systems
• Respond to or assist with emergency service calls; troubleshoot and restore
• Assist Sales with job site surveys and reviewing estimates
• Provide safety training per OSHA and Daikin policies
• Provide feedback and participate in technician evaluations
• Stay current on Daikin products and travel as required
